EduVerse Platform
AI-powered e-learning platform that scaled from 200 to 11,000 students in one semester
EduVerse started as a small coding bootcamp with in-person classes. After rapid demand during the shift to remote learning, they needed a platform that could handle live classes, on-demand content, AI tutoring, and student progress tracking — all at once, all reliably. What they had was a patchwork of Zoom, Google Classroom, and a WordPress site.
The fragmented tech stack meant students were logging into four different tools per day. Instructors had no visibility into who was struggling until exam time. Live classes on Zoom would hit capacity limits during popular sessions, and there was no way to monetise additional content or certifications. Churn in the first month was 38%.
- Built a unified learning platform on Next.js with Mux-powered adaptive video streaming — 4K quality that scales down gracefully on slow connections
- Integrated WebRTC-based live classroom with breakout rooms, live code collaboration, hand-raise queuing, and instant replay within 30 seconds of broadcast
- Deployed an OpenAI-powered AI tutor that answers questions in context of course material, flags knowledge gaps, and generates personalised practice problems
- Created an instructor analytics dashboard showing real-time engagement heatmaps, quiz performance, and at-risk student identification
- Built a certification engine with verifiable credential PDFs and a LinkedIn auto-share integration to incentivise course completion

The AI tutor field-tested in our Python bootcamp had students spending 40% more time with course material than before. The platform is now our biggest competitive advantage — students choose EduVerse because of the experience, not just the curriculum.
