Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Project fees are outlined in individual proposals and agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before work begins. Payment schedules are agreed upon during the project planning phase. Late payments may result in project suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your project agreement. We accept payment methods as outlined in your invoice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Web Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
