Multi-location restaurant chain that turned its website into its #1 revenue channel
Saveur is an upscale multi-location restaurant group known for its French-Mediterranean cuisine. Despite full houses every weekend, 70% of their reservations still came through phone calls — inefficient, error-prone, and impossible to scale to new locations. They needed a digital-first booking and ordering experience that matched the premium feel of their dining room.
The restaurant's existing website was a static HTML page from 2019. Staff were manually entering phone reservations into a spreadsheet. There was no online ordering for their growing catering business, and their seasonal menu changes required a developer each time — costing €800 per update.
- Built a real-time reservation system with table selection, party-size preferences, dietary requirements, and automated confirmation emails
- Integrated Sanity CMS so the restaurant team can update menus, specials, and events instantly — no developer needed
- Developed an online catering portal with custom quote builder, deposit collection via Stripe, and event timeline tracking
- Created location-aware landing pages for each restaurant branch with individual menus, hours, and photo galleries
- Implemented a loyalty programme front-end tied to a custom points system with birthday rewards and exclusive member offers
