Sterling Law Partners is a boutique commercial litigation firm with 12 senior partners. Despite an impeccable reputation built over 22 years, their digital footprint was nearly invisible — they ranked on page 6 for their primary practice areas and their website communicated none of the authority their partners had earned.
The firm was entirely referral-dependent, which capped growth and left them vulnerable to slow referral cycles. Their website had no case intake system, no thought leadership content, and no way for prospective clients to self-qualify. Competitors with inferior track records were outranking them simply by having better-optimised sites.
- Rebuilt the website on a semantic, structured-data-rich Next.js codebase specifically engineered for legal SEO — attorney bios, practice areas, jurisdiction targeting
- Designed a secure online case intake portal with document upload, conflict-of-interest checks, and automated acknowledgment workflows
- Created a thought leadership hub (articles, case results, press mentions) with schema markup to establish E-E-A-T signals
- Implemented Stripe-powered consultation fee collection integrated with the intake form
- Built automated intake confirmation and follow-up email sequences via Resend to reduce the cold period after a lead submits
